とにかく！！熱中症に気をつけて、水よりもｽﾎﾟｰﾂﾄﾞﾘﾝｸのほうが吸収しやすいからって・・・もちろん知ってた！！！
ｱｲｽ食べるよりｽｲｶのほうが体は冷えるんだって・・・・お風呂は熱いのに入るほうが早く体が冷えるんだって・・・ぬるま湯だといつまでも冷めないんだって・・・これﾎﾝﾄで～す！！
先日、大阪に行ってきて、初めて串あげとやらが脂っこくなくとても美味しかったです。とくにｱﾎﾞｶﾞﾄﾞ、ﾔﾏｲﾓは絶品でした。

改修工事中の姫路城を見学してきたのですが、いつもならば天守閣に登り中を見る感じなんだけど、改修中は目の前で天守閣が見ることが出来たので（天守閣部分は改修終了）また違ったみかたができて感動でした。今年いっぱいが改修工事で来年が足場撤去の為見学は出来ないそうです。再来年から見学再開するそうです。興味のあるかたは是非ぜひ行って見て下さい。
