（チーズハンバーグ＋ポテトサラダ＋ほうれん草のみそ汁
付け合わせのトマトとカリフラワーはそれぞれマリネにしました。
ポテトサラダもホクホク感を残すため、皮つきの丸ごとゆでるのがポイントです。
そしてアツアツの状態での皮むき。。。ゴム手袋やキッチンタオルなどで作業すれば熱くないですよー！！
