おいしいジャガイモがたくさん入ったので、ポタージュを仕込みました!
鶏肉の高菜炒め+たけのこと角揚げの煮物+ジャガイモのポタージュ
①・・・玉ねぎの甘味を引き出すように炒め、ジャガイモ投入
②・・・コンソメスープで柔らかくなるまで煮る
③・・・熱いうちにミキサーにかける(回し過ぎないように)←これでベースが完成!
④・・・牛乳+生クリームを入れ温め、塩で調味
朝食なので、さらっとしたほうが食べやすいかなあと思い、やさしく仕上げました♪
このメニューの為に(というかまた使いますが)ミキサー購入しました!
またポタージュ作りますよー!!
